What a difference 4 days make! And, hot songs in cold weather…

I managed to get out there this morning, this time with a hot and sunny playlist to keep me warm this cold and freezing morning.

I got the idea from Yesletsgo when posting my last post about listening to a cold and wet playlist. Would a hot playlist make me feel warmer?

Well, to be honest, I’m not sure yet. I enjoyed both playlists, so I’ll have to test running to them both a little while longer.

LOL 😂 not sure if class my running to hot or cold music as mind exercises … maybe mind tricks? 🤣🤣

It’s definitely a lot of fun putting them together, and the thought of trying the playlist out actually gets me going when it’s miserable! Whatever mind tricks or exercises work… cause once I am out there… I’m enjoying it!

To borrow a title - Now that's what I call a playlist! Brilliant choices, I'll have to install Spotify again and hope the ads don't drive me mad (which is why I got rid of it before). This'll be perfect for the days I don't need the drum n bass energy 😂. I feel warmer already!

We drove to the next town today, all the trees are golden, summer is definitely over.

LOL yes, summer is definitely over but not in my playlist.

I know what you mean by ads. Annoying, but at least we get free running music, like water from a faucet! And music helped me so much in my running journey.

🍏 I absolutely love the change of seasons in the UK and embrace them all. Your two stunning photos four days apart make my heart sing! Thank you!! The beautiful Autumn colours have gone & instead we see the majestic outline and design of the bare trees. When the snow falls they take on a magical appearance which gives way to the excitement of tiny buds, fresh green leaves in the Spring signalling all the hope of a long Summer with warmer days!! For these reasons I am an all weather runner! Xxx 🍃 ☀️ 🍂 ❄️

Yeah, it’s easy to forget that we are the lucky ones living in a green, plant-friendly-climate island. (Just if we could retain our biodiversity better, and carbon emissions and …. and … ).

It’s worth getting out for runs just to see the seasons, I agree. (Although I know I’d be tempted to go onto a treadmill in winter if I’d had one near)
