Doing Ju Jus magic 10k and amazed myself. 😊. Last week I tried the 50 minute run in a gale and feeling unwell. It was awful as I got lost and struggled all the way. My slowest by 2 minutes a K. But today I did it and managed to do more than the 50 minutes. 52.5 minutes and the furthest I’ve ever gone. 5.6k.
But why does the little gremlin in my head still keep saying ‘ are you sure you want to do this? Wouldn’t it be better to stop? You don’t have to do this?’ It drives me crazy. I spend my time thinking and talking back to it with ‘because I feel amazing, because I choose to for my health and because I love it’ crazy crazy.
