Suggestions needed please!

Ok - anyone got suggestions on headgear to keep the sun off my head - and also anything that works to stop sweaty hands??? It’s getting warm here (at 7am it was already 20C) so I need all the help I can get! Thanks!

I just wear a vented baseball cap , the type that has lots of small holes in it. As for the sweaty hands I'm not sure as my hands do this also 😊😊

Move to Ireland. No sun and rarely any heat. Natural air conditioning 365 days a year.

I often wear a buff which I soak in cold water which helps.... and I just wipe my sweaty hands on my bum!

i wear a thin headband folded in a way that covers my head (not because of the sun, but because of a recent failed attack from a pigeon)

I wipe sweaty hands on my butt too 😃

I wear a cap if it’s hot and sunny You can get a running visor too if you fancy

I always wear a folded buff round my head/ears, and always take a big cotton hankie. Both good for wiping a sweaty face and neck. Blowing the nose too of course 🤧
