I am looking for 30 volunteers.
I am thinking we could work together on our core for November and December. I am not a great believer of New Years resolutions and prefer to make mine at different times. So the aim over November and December is to go into January with a strong core and doing our stretches to keep us supple .
The plan will be in November 30 volunteers will be used to put up a daily inspirational post as to why we should work on our core and stretch . It could be a poster, a link to a great website that has helped you, (hopefully a free one or one that at least has feee programs) a book you read that made sense and inspired you, just a little meme that made you laugh, a YouTube video. Any of these or anything else. Throughout the month we should get an variety of different inspirations as to why we should be doing it.
If you put you name down please let me know (personal message or on the reply) if there are any days you can not do. I will be quite happy to do Christmas Day. Then when it is your day either the night before or the morning you put up your post for us all to read and inspire us.
Then in December we are going to have 7min a day exercise. This is going to be a variety of strength exercises, from the dynamic core probably and one daily stretch. It will be 5min strength and 2min stretch. This all will be based on the 7 min a day exercises that are so popular but we will be doing them together on here.
What do you think, who is up for a strong supple body for 2018. Let's beat the rush and do it before everyone else. πͺπ.
