So I set out to try and do 8.5k! This morning was just a massive struggle and I managed just under 7. I felt annoyed ana disappointed! However when I got home Strava told me I had achieved some personal records so it wasn’t all bad!
I’ve decided I’m going to not run until this blister is healed!

You ran 7k which is a great result!🙂 There’ll be another day when you can do 8.5k or whatever other distance you want to do. Take things easy and listen to your body, then you’ll get there!👍
I hadn’t realised I was running faster! I thought I was so much slower today! Felt like I was dragging my feet! I was hugely surprised when I looked at strava!
