First outdoor run in 8 weeks!

Well that was hard!!! Didn’t manage 10km however I was delighted to just be able to run outdoors!! 8km with average splits of 6.24 will do me nicely - I can build up distance by slowing down!! And we have some beautiful wild flowers growing by the riverbank - makes it a pretty end to the run!

So great you can get out and run on the streets/ parks it must feel so strange after doing all your recent runs on your roof terrace. 😊😊🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️

That's a good run, and pace too. Well done.

Looks like a lovely spot to run in too. 😊🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️

Must feel fabulous, so glad our lockdown doesn’t ban outdoor exercise.
