Virtual 5k medal

I’ve convinced my so (11) to do couch to 5k. We are giving him small rewards as he finishes each week. I’d like to promise him a 5k medal when he gets to 5k.

Do you know anywhere doing medals for virtual 5k?

I don’t want to promise what I can’t get

I don’t know about a virtual 5k medal (apart from the C25K graduation medal of course!) but you can get enamel C25K badges. Some friends gave me one when I graduated (though nowhere near 5k in the 30 minutes!) and I’m very proud of it! Here’s where you can find them:

There are a lot of virtual runs with medals at the moment.

I just did the Plan B and did the 5K waiting for my medal now and they have just started Plan B act 2 there are lots of combinations there including some for children £10 to do it. Money raised for the World health organisation.
