Hi everyone
I have 2 runs left on C25k and feeling great. I want to continue and improve my distance running to 10k. I did run 10k a couple of weeks ago as I was feeling breathing and energy wise brilliant, however my body didn’t thank me for it,so lesson learnt!
I’m looking for an app that is as near to the C25k one as possible as I really rely on it for motivation and timings. There seem to be so many choices when I look on the App Store. Does anyone know which one would be the most similar to train for 10k ?
