A lovely morning run

I have not been out for a 'proper' run for a while. Have just been jogging round the village so was determined to cover 5km today. I did ! And it felt great. The route was slightly more up hill than I am used to so I did walk a bit, but it felt so good! Met a few other runners along the way and everyone gave a little wave and everything felt just like it should again! Looking forward to another run already 🙂.
