Iβm in a Garmin training plan, week 10 of a 17 week plan. Not to aggressive a goal. Iβve done a few 8ks so far. I want it to be a repeatable goal and not just a one off. Taking it easy and avoiding injury is my goal.
Good luck with the sub hour 10k. Some get there quite easily. It took me the best part of a year after doing my first 10k to then go sub 1 hour but I didn't run with a plan.
Have a specific time target 10k plan to improve your chances of success.
That said, enjoy your current achievement and keep smiling. Staying happy, safe, and well is just as important!
