Wow that’s amazing. I’m definitely the tortoise in my speed. But I’m 5 mins faster than I was 6 months ago...it’s that I have to remember. My PB is redundant so fast and maintenance is even tougher!! 🤪

I give up on speed a while back and just enjoyed my runs. Last night when I got home my head was fried with kids xbox controllers not working and fortnite accts. So I threw the trainers on and was going for a gentle 3-5k run. It just felt good. I done 3 laps of a loop which has good hills in it. From about 8.5k I pushed on cause I looked at watch and knee I could be there or there abouts the the sub 53mins. So back to what I was doing just enjoying my runs lol
