Evening all,

Where did that PB come from - Terrible day at work with the boss from hell and I Pull a 1h 5m 10k out the bag!!!

Running a 10k event on 25th June so I'm very pleased

Nothing like running the stress and frustration away! That has been me on many occasions and probably why I had several successive 5k pb's during my 10k training plan. Mind you it would be nice if life was easy. Enjoy the pb feeling!
