Well don’t know where I am going with my running just seem to me that I am doing 10K once a week on a regular basis never thought I could run for 10 minutes before granted I no world beater but it so nice to just go and have a run 🏃‍♂️

Love this. How satisfying is it to just be able to run free like this? When you calculate the distance you can do in a week and then a month it is incredible! Did if feel the right pace? That's what's important, that you can run and enjoy.

To be honest was going to do a bit more but decided not lol but it’s amazing to think what I am running today when I couldn’t do for 10 minutes brilliant 👍
