414 km since December has take its toll on my "Aldi Premium" trainers which are down to the midsole on the left forefoot. Rested for a couple of days to wait out a niggle, so looking forward to getting out tomorrow morning in new Reebok shoes, when I plan to walk \ run my usual route, to ease back in.
Shoes wearing out took me by surprise, as I'm used to hiking trainers lasting much longer, but I have read that running can put 7 times body weight through your shoes, which in my case is quite a lot!
