It’s been an odd six months one way or another. After completing couch to 5k, I found myself running less frequent and with a week away thrown in too, I picked up a couple of niggling injuries. Before I knew it it had gone out of the window. Adapting to how we are having to live now, Ive starting running this week on my treadmill. Did a mile at 5.4, walked for a quarter at 3.7, then repeated. Injury’s haven’t flared up and legs felt a little twitchy as expected - I’m very conscious of they are not feeling right. So I’m adding my running to resistance work that I managed to keep up so just taking my time and very gradually increase the distance over time not to undo my good work. It’s feeling good which is a big 👍 Keep safe everybody x

Welcome back. Good to read that those niggles didn’t react. Those legs will soon be used to it again. Great job.
