I've just done Joe's 20 minute hit workout on YouTube, and it's great! High intensity, but nothing too athletic. I would recommend for anyone missing gym workouts or fitness classes, and it's aimed at children too!
I tried to copy the link, but haven't managed it, but the sessions are easy to find on YouTube.

I'm going to try it tomorrow. I've noticed my resting heart rate starting to creep up - a combination of no swimming and too many hot crossed buns, I think 😔
He's doing live broadcasts at 9am every morning on his YouTube channel for all the kids off school at the moment. I did it with my daughters yesterday - pretty tough! Great stuff, I'm going to be fit as a fiddle if I can keep it up. ☺
