A Normal Sunday run would be awash with constant road noise, but the sound of birds is overwhelming the sound on the traffic. The crows nesting are caw-cawing in full volume outside the house, intermingled with tiny cheep cheep beeps of the tits and nuthatches visiting our garden feeders. I could even hear the melodic whirring and the derailleur click of the cyclist who scuttled by me with a cheery "hello" π.
These are strange times but dare I say the majority of people are listening and taking on board the advice of Mr Boris and his advisors π. There was a few folks walking the towpath but sensibly spaced π it's not hard to create a little space, and in doing so we may just avoid being told to stay indoors as has happened around the world.
Traveling around (working) at night it's odd without the normal nocturnal hustle and bustle, the people eating out, the pubs, it's like a ghost town.
The weather tempting as it is to get out and enjoy it can still be enjoyable but, BUT do it wisely....... Do we really need to form a queue to climb a mountain (like the crowds did regarding Snowdon π€¬) the mountain will still be there at a later date!
I've run I feel better, I've rambled because well it's a strange time... And now I'm gonna check on my creation in the breadmaker π€
Be safe you lot life is for living, sensibly
