Another run and early mothers day present 🏃‍♀️

Got out today not much pedestrians about and seen one other runner. I felt quite warm even though it was dull.

Anyway got an early mothers day present yesterday and it will last longer than a bunch of them.

Nice run for you today, I suppose you know that there are no parkruns this weekend or for a while, you can run on your own, that is quite safe, not advisable to go to a 'unofficial parkrun', stay safe. 😊 🏃🏾

Yes AlMorr I did know about parkrun as I seen it this morning. I may go to Drumpellier the odd Saturday and just run the course on my own not sure . Take care , are you still managing to run😊

Yes I am still managing to run, this morning I ran 1K as part of a 8K walk, I did not count that short run as part of the Vitality Running World Cup, next run for that will be a 5K round Broadwood Loch on Saturday, I will start that run at 9.30am.

Does anyone know if the parkrun routes are set out anywhere? Online maybe? Is it possible to run one without actually having done it before? I mean it might be quite nice to go run a route alone so I can see how I'd get on once the Parkruns are all back on again.

You can see where most parkrun routes are by going to the whatsoever parkrun you want to see homepage, somewhere on the page there will be a map of the course.

As AlMorr says if you type in whatever parkrun you are looking for then click on the 3 lines at the top right hand corner , click on course and scroll down and you should be able to see it 😊

Buddy got inked 🙂 that's pretty and yep it'll last for a good few runs..... My intentions to run were derailed 😭 as Mrs Wife asked for assistance in grabbing a little shopping on her way home from nightshift 🙄 but at least I dodged the Welsh rain..... Tomorrow's weather is looking shsssssss ☀️.

And like you've stated it's also noticeable quieter than normal around my area 👀

That's brilliant, myself and my husband used to smoke , he is now just over 3 years stopped.

We now save up money in a tin and it pays for our holiday. 😊

Itchy and a bit sore, i hobbled into work the other day and our emergency response plan meeting and my boss said “and no running” how dare she joke about things like that 😂

🤣🤣I know not everyone likes tattoos, mine only took just over an hour where as my daughter got her leg done bellow the knee and was in for over 5 hours🤭

Great you got out for a quiet run. We are having a few days in what will be our temporary home prior to moving. Therefore new routes lovely 4k out along beach, freezing hard 4k home against wind. Loads of dog walkers, normal walkers, pupils off to school, commuters. Happy running 🤗
