Did an out and back in my local woods with the sun shining, birds singing and squirrels dashing busily about. It was a bit slow due to muddy patches but I managed the first 3km within 30 minutes so it counts towards the Vitality World Cup. Just over 5km today which takes me almost to my 10km weekly goal. (Annoyingly fitbit thought my parkrun on Saturday was under the 5k so my total for the week is 9.97km!) The weather is so beautiful today, long may it last. Happy running to all. ☺

What a great picture! That sunshine looks so enticing ☀️. We've just got through another winter storm warning so everything is snow covered again.....for now. I'm sure we'll get some sunshine and then the requisite ice in no time. Come on Spring! I'm ready!
