So, uncharacteristically, for me, I've done no running at all this weekend. My 7s got cancelled yesterday and today has been one of my "mental health" days where the couch has been providing some much needed solace. Have managed a long (8k+) walk each day, which felt good, but wasn't really the same.
Hopefully it passes soon and I'm back up and out again. It's doubly tough when your mood renders you incapable of doing something that you do to help keep depression at bay, but that's life sometimes.
Anyway, stay safe everyone.

Sorry to hear that. Hope you're able to run again soon. One solace I find in walking is that my legs are so much stronger from running, they make light work of long walks.
Stay safe and good going on the walks. They are great distances and will keep you fit and the fresh air is great. I look forward to hearing about your running soon again. It’s so hard to be positive these days with so much frightening news and general uncertainty. Be safe, and look after yourself.
🏃♂️ 🏃♂️🏃♀️We will run for you metaphorically speaking, until you are able to once more enjoy it. I would like to bring you a big mug of great coffee on your comfort couch.
Hopefully the sun will shine for you tomorrow & that urge to put on the trainers will return. Know we care & are around 🌈
I know what that's like. Good for you for noticing that you need sofa more than your trainers right now - hope you feel better enough to run again soon.
Oh on, I feel for you. Walking each day is great for your mental health - been there, got the t-shirt. Dont beat yourself up about not running , the fact you go out and post on here are all great pastimes. Keep safe, keep steady. 🤗
Sometimes it's hard enough to just be, I know that battle well enough myself. 😞Good on you for keeping the walks up, if you pace out fast maybe it will feel a bit more like slow run? Hopefully it'll be a short one this time 🤗
