What a beautiful day here in Scotland. The run was brilliant, you know one of those runs that restore faith in yourself as a runner. What I mean is lately all of the runs just felt a bit harder than normal . Then today with the sun and went out in a tshirt and I can't remember the last time I had one on.
I know there might be many more days of rain or wind etc but if I can just have some sun now and again it would make me so happy. πππββοΈπββοΈπββοΈ

Love your sunny caption above, yes its a lovely sunny day in our part of the world, I am so glad that you enjoyed your run today in the sunshine and only wearing a T shirt for the first time this year.
I put back my midweek run this morning because tomorrow afternoon I will be running the qualifying 30 minute run for the Vitality World Running Cup, I have to run at least a 3K on 30 minutes to qualify, hopefully I'll be able to do that.
Brilliant effort - impressed with tshirt I still have long sleeve top, thin jacket and glovesπ₯΄ spring is definitely arriving and its great to be out making the most of the sunshine. π€
