I have done my first 10K race at Trafford with some of club. I had a great time I started running I just settled into it and I got a chip time of 54:49 which Iβm really happy with π

Congratulations on completing your first 10K race in a sub 60 minutes time of 54.49, excellent, did you follow, if there was one, the 55 minutes pacer, that's the runner with the large flag way above him/her, I was a spectator at my local 10K race last year and there were pacers for the 45,50,55,60 and 70 minute runners, once again congratulations Kev on running your first 10K race. π ππΎ
