Run 2 (20 mins) will be Thursday I think, Run 3 (50 mins) Saturday.
Pretty slow on the last 50 minute run but that’s ok. Will see how I get on with the repeat later in the week.

I watch the Sprinters sometimes. They cover 100 metres or a bit longer like rockets
Then they collapse over the finish line....
Me? I run slow and steady for up to HM distance and finish with a happy smile on my face
