Did not include my 500m warm up and 500m cool down. Just my running. No guide - just set my alarm for 15minutes and ran. Now I'm looking at the numbers realisticaly there’s truly still a lot of work to do!

You are doing fine. Did you think that you would be able to run for that long 3 months ago? Don't worry about the rest of it, you will improve as you go along. I think we should only think about one thing at a time with running, either time, distance or speed. If you try to improve all 3 at once it is a recipe for injury, but if you just concentrate on one then the others will catch up all by themselves. Focus on enjoying the running, because that is the main thing that will keep us fit and healthy for longer. We'll done. 👍👍👍
Thanks! Though its hard to type your name with a straight face!

Your just returning to running after two operations and kidney stones. I think you did really well. Just build back up nice and slow . 😊😊

Fantastic, and what a wonderful place to run too
It will come, I’m finding that I’m getting a bit further and faster every week as my weight drops. You’re doing it which is the important thing and as you keep doing it you will get better.
Thanks Tim

You are doing great. Everyone has their own agenda for running and as we are not in an Olympic team our main target should be enjoyment. Happy running
Ooh love that photo! You are out there running after major problems! Rejoice! Enjoy! You are building up strength & vitality & the runners glow... the time is irrelevant & will take care of itself 🎶
