I was just reading that the Amazon was the land of the eternal rains, not now with all those forest fires, the UK is now the land of eternal rains, blue skies and sunshine are a very rare event now here in the UK.

I hope it returns soon Alan you must all be getting very weary with the weather now. The photos are of the tiny park near home which has a childrens’ playground and dog park. I run through it on my warm up. My new shoes did well, so might try them out on an 8k on Thursday and also parkrun. Are you doing parkrun on Saturday?

I hope to go to Dunfermline Parkun this Saturday, not sure at this moment how the weather is going to be, it could be very icy or wet in which case I will wait until the following week, but hopefully, I'll get the Saturday.

You have no idea what it’s like here at the moment! I’m taking back everything I said last summer, wishing for rain as it was too hot! This is just ridiculous - and then there’s the wind. 💨💨💨💦💦💦💨💨💨

I’m off for a week in the sun with my daughters and grandson next week. It can’t come soon enough. And yes I’ll be taking my running gear! 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏖

That would upset me too and it must be frustrating when seeing what needs to be done or even just enjoying pottering out there.The wind and rain seem to have been going on for such a long time now. 😕

I've just come in from a chilly sunny run🌞, (recently I have decided to try daytime runs). That said it was still very windy, and there were HUGE puddles to avoid, or not in my case.

The sky was blue, the birds were tweeting I saw loads of snowdrops and daffodils, so spring may arrive eventually.

Your pictures are quite uplifting lexi6 🤩😘
