Do you wear disposable contact lenses?

This is not running related, but some of you may wear daily lenses like I do, and are not aware of this.

I read online that Boots opticians are asking customers to return the foils and plastics to their branches so that they can be recycled. So I checked up with my local independent opticians and they are doing the same thing .

I like to do my bit where I can and as the opticians is opposite the town centre car park, I just drop a bag in whenever I’m there. Easy.
