Stress fracture, Christmas, labyrinthitis are all gone now. I had a couple of practice runs and then went on holiday for two weeks. I did make my fella run with me on the beach just because...... but it was really hot and hard work on a steep slope and sandy!

So now all of that is over, I am home, I am fat and unfit..... but I have signed up for a few races so I have to get this started again. So tonight while my boy was at his TaeKwondo class I took my dog and we ran, slowly! We managed 3.5km and it actually wasn’t as hard as I was expecting it to be. So, the plan is, 5km at the weekend then two 30min runs during the week and increasing by 1km at the weekends, to be ready for the first race, a 10k at the end of April.
