Not a drop of rain just a swirling breeze

Is it just a me thing or are shorter runs a bit of a treat after long runs ? 🤔 Yes and no, the longer the runs I'm finding are soooo much more enjoyable than the short ones, it may be the slightly slower pace, not entirely sure, but heyho somehow the mystery of how the different runs slot together seem to be working so onwards and upwards.....

Great run, great time. I can’t work out whether I like long or short best, certainly get a bigger satisfaction from completing a long run, same with hills. What has this turned us into 🤣🤣

Just done 7k yay me . Last 2 really hard so I’m going with the short is best option 😂 The after run buzz is pretty good now though 😎

Good run and really good time. I prefer the longer runs now I think I see it as a little milestone after time I go a little further.
