Week 4 now finished👍. I rang hubby when I finished the run and he opened up windows and put a chair in just the best place to enjoy this breeze and have my post run isotonic drink! Managed a pb on the nasty hill and improved pace a teensy bit. Gym sessions definitely helping.Roll on week 5😀.

No far behind you .Finished wk 3 with a quite pacey 5k.But did a big warm down as will be feeling creaky tomorrow.No nasty hills though!

Well done, halfway through now!
