6.21k my longest and best run till date

Just completed 6.21k morning run. My longest distance with my second best average pace, but it's not the best thing, best thing is today's run was my first ever run which I completed without breaking my run into walk/job during uphill. All uphill I ran through without problem and I am still not exhausted. Whole run was as smooth as butter.

Only difference was, I normally start my run early morning around 6:30 in dark but today due to weekend I had no tension of going to office/getting late. I slept 1 hour extra and as soon as I woke up and get ready to run, I saw I conference call was going on (my school friends from last 20+ years), decided to join, had fun and after 30 min. Started running which it's all light (no dark), 0 degree cool and crisps weather, had no issues looking at long target. May be light and weather made difference.

I am happy to run uninterrupted.

Happy Running Everyone!!!

Yes perfect weekend morning. On weekends I generally go for a short follow up run for a km (after coming back home and rest 15-20 min). Today I had energy to go for 2-3 km extra but ofcourse didn't go as don't want to put too much pressure on body and will relax and rest at home.

Well done jrunner, sounds like a nice relaxing run for you. The days are starting to stretch out again so hopefully you’ll be seeing daylight more regularly.
