Hi Runners

Well ain’t that a blooming shocker?! 😱😱😱

I’m back out today! And if ever I needed an incentive, I certainly have got one now! No idea why I didn’t look on Saturday. I was just so glad I could do it.

Now, I’m off for a very happy run indeed!

And I only did it again today! Another 5k PB! 😱🤩

Plenty of water and a relaxing shower now! Rest day tomorrow! Don’t want any mishaps or injuries!🤞🏽😉

Hi AlMorr! Thanks so much! 🤗 I did my run on Sat around my home. I just did my run today and another PB! I need a lie down to take it all in. 😱❤️

Another PB on your celebration run, wow, but you do need a lie down to take it all in, I would advise you to take two days off running, perhaps go a short 3K on Thursday and on Saturday do another parkrun.

Thanks so much ForbiddenPlanet! 🤗 It must have. It was disheartening not finding the mojo to get back out there and when I did try, I just ended up with some new running niggles and aches. It was probably the right thing to do! Just running to build my stamina and fitness back up at the moment, so these results have been very surprising. 🤩❤️

Thank you! 🤗 I sure did Granspeed 😊! To be honest the speed is still a mystery, so I am starting to think that maybe I have been much more exhausted and for longer than I thought. It really doesn’t feel as though I’m going fast (for me) at all. It’s been a bit of a downer not going out, but it seems it was the right thing in the end 👍🏽! ❤️
