I made it out for a birthday run this morning - not something I would have said a year ago! I only had time for a short one (as also birthday = pre work bacon 🥓) so made it a quick one...2.5km with a 7’06” pace so inching it downwards. Was v pleased...and then realised I’m accidentally also doing the runs of week 1 of the 10k magic running plan 😬 🎉
