2nd park run soooo slippy

The Welsh week has been sooooooo wet, add a little frost it was slippy. Such a well attended event and totally f.o.c must sign up to volunteer when my shifts allow.

The sub 30 was elusive even though I slipped around over a minute quicker 30.38 (31.45)

Perhaps ice skates or a toboggan 🤫.

Are you running this weekend stay safe and upright.....👍

Well done for your muddy run. Our numbers were higher today because local runs are so muddy or flooded so everyone is heading for the prom. It doesn’t sound like PB conditions so don’t worry about that sub 30 yet. It’s still on my to do list .......
