Your body may be adjusting to change in season. Festivities & stresses of Xmas are behind us & now weβre looking to the year ahead. Good to know youβre back on track & running smoothly again. ππ
Great that you really enjoyed it today, it's weird how runs can vary. Hopefully just a blip the last couple of runs but good to get checked out just in case. When I was pregnant I felt exhausted and just put it down to usual twin pregnancy tiredness but blood tests showed that I was anaemic. I felt like a new woman after taking some iron tablets! Just a thought.
I am hoping to! Bit nervous as I haven't been doing much running lately with one thing and another so hopefully it will kick start my January running routine... I will try to relax and enjoy it and not worry about how long it takes me to get round!
I'm glad to read that today's run was better. π
Sometimes it just happens that way. Lack of sleep or eating something different or that your tummy didn't agree with can take more out of you than you realize.
So glad to hear from you today that you enjoyed your run and did not feel tired at all as you were on the two previous runs, wise on getting a check up at your doctors.
Two rest days and enjoy your run on Monday. π ππΎ
Last day today - both exhausted. Covered 350km in 6 days (that includes uplifts) with max speed about 35km/hr, shoulder eases with use so did a few black runs again today. I'll rest weary legs for a couple of days before reminding them about running.
