New years morning 10k

1st time I've done a 10k in a long while. Always got sore left foot around 40min mark. New cushioned trainers and insoles I got to 8.5k before I started to feel it. I pushed on to finish it.

Lovely stuff! Looks like a good route too, mine are normally out & back the same way, bit more boring! Happy New Year.
