Christmas card. . .

Well I'm afraid I haven't posted much lately, mainly due to life getting in the way of my running. I've still manged to get out but its been a few quick 3k "maintenance runs" around the block every week due to lack of time and various commitments. Hopefully over the Christmas holidays I will be able to get back to some longer distances. In the meantime I just wanted to wish all my fellow runners here a very Merry Christmas and a Happy and Healthy running New Year
