Another dark and rainy morning greeted me for my Christmas Day run. Donned the headtorch as it was early and ran off into the gloom into the teeth of the wind. Ran for about 7.5k which include a 29 min 5k which is good for me :). Back in time to change for Christmas morning gathering at church. Running has become a real gift that I can enjoy every week

Well done on getting out for a run today. It has been a grey day here full of family fun, food and festive cheer. Fortunately I went out yesterday!
