My daughter wants to buy me a Christmas gift to help me with my running! As there’s no kit that I need I was thinking about a massage or chiropodist session. Has anyone any other ideas I could pass on to her?

How about entry fee to a race next year, if you haven’t done one yet? That will give you something to aim for. 🏃‍♀️🏅

A diary sounds good, it would be great to track my progress, especially if I’m aiming for medals in 2019! Thanks Oldfloss 🏅

Do you like reading? If so I recommend “Don’t Stop me Now” by Vassos Alexander and “Run Like a Girl “by Alexandra Heminsley - both inspiring reads for a runner! 😁

Thanks. Vassos is on radio 2? Might pop on my list too. ... Although I don't have a list just yet. 🎅

Yes, I think he is. He has two books out - both utterly compelling. 🤓

Have you thought about a subscription to a running mag? Its one of my best ever running pressies...a new mag to read drops through the letter box each month 😀

What about entry to a virtual run. Nice bit of bling and some motivation!

More books: two by Richard Askwith Running Free, and Today We Die a Little (a biography of Emil Zatopek) plus Run Wild by Boff Whalley

A virtual event medals voucher

Parkrun wristband

Ekhart Yoga subscription

but your original ideas sound great to me!
