As i am off work until January I thought i would take the opportunity to try out one of the classes at the gym. Everyone says how good cycling is for cross training so the group cycle class seemed a good plan.... how wrong could i have been! I was SO exhausted and now I am finding it difficult sitting down comfortably.
At least I can say I gave it a go, back to my normal gym routine and swim for me
