Tried something new

As i am off work until January I thought i would take the opportunity to try out one of the classes at the gym. Everyone says how good cycling is for cross training so the group cycle class seemed a good plan.... how wrong could i have been! I was SO exhausted and now I am finding it difficult sitting down comfortably.

At least I can say I gave it a go, back to my normal gym routine and swim for me :)

Oops different exercises use such different muscles. As you say, you tried it. Enjoy your long holiday

He he. If Pilates is available you can strength your core in a less exhausting way. Great for running 🏃‍♂️ 🏃‍♀️

I did a water pilates class yesterday and it was great so going to do that one again next week :)

Lol, lesson learned 😂...yes, I've heard those cycling classes are torture, very good for your bum though, once the pain wears off 😳👍
