Did a quick 3km just to make sure I'd been out this week. Played with cadence. Found 180bpm too fast except for downhill. 170bpm ok and even up hill, but as soon as there's a hill I'm not fast. More practice required!

Gotta love the hills.... the more we do the stronger we get... some of my fastest bursts are uphill.... go you!!!

And if we don't love them we still have to do them, so may as well love them. Ah, see what you mean 😄

Well done Baddie, I love running hills - well, not necessarily at the time, but it’s worth it for the feeling of achievement at the top, so I’m working on running them faster too! We can do this. 👊🏃‍♀️😀

I’m never fast on hills I’m afraid, well done Baddie

I allow myself to slow going up but deliberately speed up at the top then slow again going down to get my breath back and allow the speed to increase naturally.

Finishing strong at the top feels better mentally.

Keep running, keep smiling 👍😁👍

Great practice and thanks for mentioning hills, now I remember what I'd planned to do today. Muddy hilly wood track it is😀 but I think I'll leave cadence to do its own thing
