Nice end to a week in Abu Dhabi

Went out to Abu Dhabi and Dubai to visit my daughter and son-in-law. Did a coupe of 3K road runs and a 6K treadmill run but the best part !!!

Finishing off running 10K in the Abu Dhabi marathon in 68 mins and my first ever running medal. So chuffed in what I’ve achieved since May.

Yes I did. My son in law works for ADNOC, the company who organised it. There was a 2.5K fun run a 5K a 10K and a marathon.

Very well organised event.
