Do the juju plan it will really help you and you will enjoy it ❤️ I’m running 10K now and it feels incredible 👍

I second the idea to try Ju-jus plan (more info on this planned is in the pinned posts). I am currently only on week 3 of this plan, but so far so good! And it is a similar structure to the C25K in that there are 3 runs planned each week, which I really like as it provides a proper plan, and I dont have to think too much about what I am doing.

I am doing the timed version to get to 60mins, but there is a very similar distance version to get to the full 10k too.

Good Luck!

Yes I definitely agree with the other posts. It’s a great plan with lots of encouragement. Good luck with your onward journey.
