I have returned. After 2 months ish on the ic, I have managed a run. It was smashing, hardly anyone about as it is Sunday morning. No rain, a bit of mist and no wind. Hoping to keep this up now.

He might get it one day?! I wish DaddyCav would too...and my 3 children...but only one, my youngest, goes out now and again, better than nothing I suppose...they all like a nice walk though x
