Hi all, not much to say really but checking in to say hello and to keep myself on track. Been doing my two runs a week, enjoying intervals actually. I can feel my stamina building back up fairly quickly. Surprised me really! Enjoyed a short uphill to a nice lake yesterday. Happy running everyone xxx

To be honest, I’m really struggling with my back. It’s a long standing niggle but it’s really playing up at the minute. I plan to run then have a terrible night with my back again. Had to settle with dog walks since Saturday 🤨😩🙄

But you're doing the right thing by taking it easy with the walks and doing shorter runs when you do go out, have you had your back checked out?? You don't want to do any more damage and end up on the IC...and we don't want that for you either...x

Yes my back has been like this for years. I have nursing to thank for it! I’ve got degenerative changes in my neck and lower spine. Nothing to be done about it except keep active, slow down when it’s playing up and keep the core strong. Xxx
