Hey guys, i have recently completed the couch to 5k and I’m ready to move forward! I found the app and podcasts really useful for couch to 5k and was wondering if anyone knew anything similar for getting to 10k.

Bridge 210K podcasts, Ju Ju's Magic 10K, that's more of a running plan to get you to running a 10K, check that out.
You run 3 times a week, two short runs, a longer one by 500 metres more than the previous one, 1K more a fortnight until you graduate to 10K, on non running days there are various exercises like planks, squats, pressups you can do. 😊

It's a great plan and there are always loads of people on it at various stages. Jump aboard and we'll all cheer and support you.
I started by running 5k x3 times a week. I then picked one of the runs as a long run and added 500m onto it each week. I then got to 10K that way.

There's a plan going on now that you can probably join if you're ready, you should be able to find it on the pinned posts.
It won't matter that you're a few weeks behind, people join in at all stages as you'll see if you take a look at the posts.
It'll get you started at least, then you can carry on at your leisure 👍🏃♀️🏃♂️
