Ju-ju’s 10k plan is really popular, if you want to run further. Or you could use the C25k+ podcasts to work on speed or stamina. How about doing a few Parkruns. While they are not everyone’s cup of tea a lot of people find them really motivational.

A couple of good runs after you graduate from C25K, well done on achieving a sub 30 minute 5K, I assume before you graduate, I don't see the word graduate next to your username, there are several B210K podcasts or C25K+ podcasts.
I've just completed wk1 of ju-ju- 's bridge to 10k - it's really good. Have a look at her post - she has attached the programme to her post.

Well done for Graduating ane you are really quick Frank. Lots of us have gotten safely to 10k using Ju Ju's Magic Number plan as Razouski has said. Regular running makes us stronger, so it's also a good idea to have a look at the c25k+ podcasts too to help with stamina.
