Week 2, 6K run tonight, trying out the Nike Run Club app.
It sounds like a brilliant follow on from Laura and just what I was looking for. But I'm not sure how well it works with this Magic Plan. The running coach I selected tonight was supposed to be 27minutes long, but after 22minutes it ended with instruction to cool down. Maybe I simply picked the wrong running plan for a 6km.
Is anyone else using Nike Running Club alongside the Magic Plan, or any other apps that contain Laura-Like encouragement and coaching?
