Well I wasn’t expecting such a frost this morning, having returned from Spain at the weekend it was a bit of a shock! I am currently doing the consolidation runs hoping to build up through the week and I’m planning to do a 5k again at the end of the week. Note to self let the sun warm up the path a bit more before going out. Better to be safe!

Oh yes would be a shock. It was -5 here where I am in the UK. Like you say I've let the sun come out buy its still-4 .
