So I went out yesterday with the intention of running only 30 mins, as I had had a big night the night before and wasnt feeling all too great. But it was just one of those runs where everything went smoothly the whole time, even the hills that normally make me feel like I am dying were only a minor blip, so I kept going for 40 minutes - and finally also made the 5k distance in just over 39 minutes! Still very slow but that doesnt matter, all that matters is that I did it! And now I have only the 2 shorter runs to look forward to
