Doing distance. Thought I'd go for the 5.5k first. App said I did 6.33k, but warm up/down accounted for 2x0.5k. (Now I know I have to add 1k to all my planned routes.) So I achieved the middle run, I guess. But the outing was 58.60 mins. Doing a timed B210K would be a lot easier! 10k going to take "all morning"!

Great for starting. I'm a few weeks ahead and doing the distance version slowly, I reckon I wouldn't have been able to sustain fast for longer than my 5k. This week I should reach my 60min run time, as you say we should be graduating 😉 on finding as all runs take longer I'm starting to need extra rest days, maybe something for you to look out for too as your short runs get closer to the 5k mark. Good luck

Legs really feeling it as I woke up this morning, and that's run 1! Maybe with extra rest days I should consider this quite a long term project!

You take care there, remember you have also started with the longest run of the week so if you previously were doing 30min this was a big jump. No rush to the end, you'd just have to find another plan to do😉

Total parkrun outing is almost 8 k by the time I get there, so the total outing length is known by my body. But my 77 consolidation runs(!) after C25K have mostly been 3.5-4.5k.

Well if I could run all morning I would feel v.proud - or even 58mins - brilliant!
